You Can Help EDVP: Guilds

The EDVP Guilds are small groups of 12-15 people
in the community who join together to support the work of EDVP.

TThere is currently one Guild (The Rising Star Guild ~ an active group of Issaquah women who have supported EDVP for over five years through fundraisers, Craig’s List sales and community activism. Many Guild members work full or part-time while others are not employed outside the home. Some have children at home while others are empty-nesters. Many are active in the community. All enjoy meeting new people and socializing with friends and neighbors at meetings and Guild events. Guilds support EDVP by learning more about the issue of domestic violence and its impact in our community, sponsoring small fundraising events, attending and procuring items for our annual auction and other activities.

Guild meetings typically take place once a month from September through May.

There are many options for guilds including a couples group, young adult group and guilds formed by people in the same profession or at the same workplace.
